QUESTION OF THE WEEK

Question of the Week: 8/18/2022

How large can wave-C get in a neutral Triangle?

Answer:

Normally, the limit is around 161.8% of wave-A but under extremely volatile markets, I'd allow up to 261.8%. If you allow wave-C to be 261.8% of wave-A, you must still make sure waves-B & D overlap and alternate with each other in as many ways as possible. In addition, waves-A & E should be similar in price or related by 61.8%.
